Hi, I'm Michelle, an NCSF certified personal trainer with a passion for working out and running. My fitness journey began when I was about 36, after having my third child, Jess. I felt out of shape, tired, and just unhappy with myself, so I joined the YMCA. As a child, I was chubby and NOT athletic, I was often the last picked during gym class in elementary school. I lacked confidence and never believed I could achieve what I can now. Starting at the YMCA, I discovered I could do the things I never thought were possible. I found time in my busy day to work out and quickly fell in love with fitness. Through the Y, I became a certified group exercise instructor, teaching bootcamp and teen classes while working on the fitness floor. Fitness, along with the supportive community I discovered, became my "happy place," transforming my life and boosting my confidence. In my free time, I love being outdoors for a run or hike!
Jess
Hi, I'm Jess! I’m an NASM-certified personal trainer and Nutrition Coach, with a lifelong passion for fitness. My journey began at the age of six when I started gymnastics, which I competed in until I was 18. After my gymnastics career, I discovered a new love for strength training and the gym. My journey hasn’t been without challenges—I struggled with anorexia for years, which gave me firsthand experience of how poor nutrition can affect both physical and mental health. Through recovery, I found balance, and that inspired me to combine my education with my personal experience to help others build a healthier relationship with food and fitness. In my time not at Work It Out, I love spending it coaching competitive gymnastics!
Tracy has been a certified AFAA group exercise instructor for over 20 years. She is excited to bring Step Aerobics back to the community! She is also a certified POUND instructor and Spin instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics. Tracy is passionate about inspiring and motivating others, and her teaching style reflects that! Her classes are always designed to be different, creative, and challenging to push attendees to their full potential! When not working out, Tracy enjoys spending time with friends and loves being outdoors with her husband, 2 children, and dog, Millie.

Hi, I’m Stephanie! I grew up in East Providence and have lived in Coventry for almost 10 years. I started dancing at 3 years old. I was also in the dance company at Rhode Island College. I found Zumba over 10 years ago and instantly fell in love with it. I became licensed to teach in 2018. I love bringing my passion for dance and fitness to others.

Hi, I'm Keri! I fell in love with Zumba after taking my very first class. I became licensed to teach Zumba in 2014 and Zumba Toning in 2018. My favorite part is that my classes are for everyone, no matter their fitness level. Everything can be modified to make it as high or low an impact as you need or want. Just leave your worries at the door and dance!
