September Schedule!

**Schedule Substitutions this month-
Monday, September 1st- Morning strength class will start at 6:30 am
Tuesday, September 9th- No basic step, suspension strength will be moved to start at 5:30 pm
Thursday, September 11th & 16th- Intermediate step will be subbed with a 3-2-1 format step strength and abs class at normal time (5:20 pm)
Saturday, September 27th- Breast Cancer Fundraiser! See the home page for more details. No regular classes, we will have 20-minute sample classes running for the event!
