pop-up Class Times:
Come start your day bright and early with us in boot camp! All the fitness "toys" will be out. In this class you will do ball slams, run through the ladder, balance on stability balls, partner resistance band exercises and of course there will be burpees! This class will get your heart pumping and endorphins flowing. Don't let the name scare you away, all exercises can be modified to fit everyone!

Welcome to our high-energy Tabata class! Looking for a fat burner class in a short amount of time? This class is for you! Tabata training is a higher intensity version HIIT. It involves 20 seconds of ultra-intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 rounds. Each session consists of multiple Tabata sets focusing on different exercises (mostly body weight) to target various muscle groups.

Zumba is an easy to follow Latin based cardio dance fitness class. Dance to Latin rhythms like salsa, Cumbria, merengue and more. Zumba toning incorporates weighted toning sticks (or dumbbells), which are 1 lb in size, to the zumba workout that participants use like maracas.

Our unified fitness class is for participants 12 and up with special needs or disabilities. Classes will run as a circuit training class with modifications to fit everyone's abilities at each station. Some examples of stations include exercises using bands, slam balls, ropes, agility ladders and more!

Looking to get stronger, leaner, and more powerful? Suspension Strength is a 50-minute full-body training class that combines traditional weightlifting with the TRX suspension system. Whether you’re new to strength training or ready to push your limits, this class will help you build muscle, improve form, and increase confidence.
